Other things you can do to help manage your stress:
- Get plenty of rest and sleep.
- Eat healthy and drink water.
- Make time for yourself – put aside at least 30 minutes a day to do something you enjoy.
- Practice deep breathing.
- Play sports, try yoga or exercise.
- Do something creative.
- Read.
- Listen to music or play an instrument.
- Spend time with a pet.
- Think positively.
- Laugh, keep a good sense of humor.
- Leave a stressful situation.
